SELF FUNDED

For In Clinic appointments $235 is payable at the time of appointment.

For Out of Clinic appointments (e.g., Park chats, walk and talk therapy), $260 is payable at the time of appointment.

No referral needed. No Medicare rebates.

Note: Eligible members can lodge a private health refund, just ask for a copy of your receipt.

IN CLINIC MEDICARE REBATES

You pay $235 upfront at the time of appointment.

You get back $98.95 from Medicare. This is processed on the spot for you.

Total out of pocket session cost after rebate = $136.05

Note: To be eligible for a Medicare Rebate you require a referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.

You cannot claim Medicare rebates and Private Health refunds at the same time.

OUT OF CLINIC MEDICARE REBATES

Available for alternative therapy locations such as home/school visits, park chats, & walk and talk therapy.

You pay $260 upfront at the time of appointment.

You get back $124.30 as part of your Medicare Rebate. This is processed on the spot for you.

Total out of pocket session cost after rebate = $135.70

Note: To be eligible for a Medicare Rebate you require a referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.

You cannot claim Medicare rebates and Private Health refunds at the same time.

NDIS CLIENTS

$232.99 Invoice sent to plan/self-funded manager on the day of the session, payable within seven days.

Travel fees may apply per the NDIS schedule.

Additional travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencing sessions.

OUT OF CLINIC TRAVEL FEES

There are no additional travel fees involved for alternative therapy sites that fall within 10km of the clinic office.

For some regional/rural schools, homes, parks, or walking tracks, additional travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencing sessions.

TELEHEALTH

$235 Payable at the time of appointment.

Medicare rebates of $98.95 are available for eligible clients.

Private health refunds are available for eligible self funded (e.g., private paying) clients.

You cannot claim Medicare rebates and private health refunds at the same time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know at least 2 business days in advance. This allows us to offer the session to someone else.

Cancellations without sufficient notice will incur a full session fee. Clients with repeated short-notice cancellations may be placed back on the waiting list until fees are settled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Session length time is 60 minutes; including 50 minutes of therapy and 10 minutes of reporting/admin.

Current fees are applicable until June 30, 2026.

Fee schedules are update on July 1st of each year, in accordance with the financial calendar.
